Description

Power filter is a filter circuit composed of capacitors, inductors and resistors, also known as "power EMI filter", or "EMI power filter", a passive bidirectional network, one end of which is the power supply and the other end is the load . The principle of the power filter is a kind of impedance adaptation network: the greater the impedance adaptation between the input and output sides of the power filter and the power supply and load sides, the more effective the attenuation of electromagnetic interference.

This Raspberry Pi Power Filter Board integrates multiple solid capacitors, ceramic capacitors and tantalum capacitors to perform parallel hybrid filtering.

It can filter low-mid-high frequency power noise in the power supply, which provides the whole system with a stabler power supply and makes sound quality purer.

Meantime, the board can also effectively protect your Raspberry Pi main-controller so as to to extend its service life.

Funcition

The Raspberry Pi power purification board uses Japanese original nichicon (Nichicon) solid capacitors, Samsung X7R ceramic capacitors and AVX (Kemei) tantalum capacitor for multiple groups of parallel hybrid filtering, which can filter out medium, high, and low frequency power noise in the power supply. The power supply of the whole system is more stable and the sound quality is purer.

Solid State / Ceramics / Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitor Hybrid Filtering:

  • Japanese original nichicon (Nichicon) solid capacitors: Nichicon's low frequency filter is stronger;
  • Samsung X7R Ceramic Capacitors: Ceramic capacitors filter out high frequencies;
  • AVX (KEMET) Tantalum Capacitor: tantalum capacitor sound very sweet.
